The nights are really closing in here in Scotland and tomorrow we put the clocks back!
Many people find it hard to get motivated with their fitness in Winter, mainly because of the weather and darkness, but if you let it go you'll have to work harder to get back where you were!
There are many benefits to exercising in the winter months - better immune system, more energy, less chance of SAD or mental health issues and less painful, aching joints.
if you find it hard to get motivated join a class such as mine where the social interaction and fun will make it more enjoyable.
Get outside on the good days and set yourself a target such as being fit for Christmas.
I still have spaces in most classes - please note my new Pilates class time of 5.30pm on Tuesdays.
