We are approaching the end of the current block of Pilates and HIIT classes - these come to a close on Thursday 10/10/24 and start again on 13/10/24 for 9 weeks.
Some classes are already almost full for the next session so please book as soon as possible if you want a slot.
We have had a great course this time with many of you really progressing with your core strength and flexibility and doing multiple classes to really get the results you want.
I think the winter season is so important with your fitness - it's so easy to 'hibernate' away in the cold weather but if you want great energy, mental health, less pain and to look good for Christmas you need to get started/keep it going.
My evening classes have been bursting at the seams recently so I am hoping to run a new Pilates class on Tuesdays 5.30-6.30pm - let me know if you would be interested.
